Dan Schoonover serves as a liaison for Anthropology. He joined the Florida State University Libraries in 2008 and is currently the Head of Collections Access and Delivery. In that role he is responsible for managing the physical collections of the Strozier and Dirac Libraries and the Libraries' three remote storage facilities, Interlibrary Loan lending, Uborrow, and the Faculty Express Delivery Service. Dan represents the Libraries on three state-wide working groups: the Access Services Committee, Shared Storage Task Force, and the Uborrow Task Force.
Dan received his M.A. in Religion from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL and received his Masters in Library and Information Studies at Florida State University. He is a member of the American Library Association.
His professional interests include resource sharing, consortial borrowing, shared storage, unmediated borrowing, cooperative collection development, and print archives.
