Off-Campus Access Problems

Electronic Resources: Licensing

Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions by our database vendors, we are unable to provide off-campus access to non-active students and staff. If you are not currently enrolled in classes for the current semester (semesters are Fall, Spring, and Summer), are auditing a class, or are not actively employed by Florida State University, you will be unable to access these resources from off-campus. Access begins the first day of classes for each semester.

If you are having problems with access, read the following notes, and then use the form below.

Someone will typically respond to your request within one business day.

VPN users: The off-campus proxy system and the VPN system are not compatible. In order to use resources from off-campus, please close your VPN connection first.

Occasionally, your FSUID requires a password reset. If your password is not being recognized, and you're currently an active student or faculty, please try resetting your password here before sending a support request.
