Requests for brief, factual information may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please state your question as clearly as possible. Some questions are so complex that they require significant interaction with library staff and/or a visit to one of the FSU Libraries.

This service is intended for currently enrolled students, faculty and staff of Florida State University. Others will be assisted if their request concerns the Florida State University or unique resources of the Florida State University Libraries.
