Complete this form to request and reserve the Strozier Library Media Center Screening Room. All attendees should have valid FSU cards. Completing this form does not guarantee a reservation. Confirmation of reservation will be sent within 2 business days.

The Media Center Screening Room is available only to FSU faculty, teaching grads, and officers in student organizations, and can be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
