The Edward Conradi Presidential Anniversary Book was presented to President Conradi on May 25, 1934, at a banquet held in the Florida State College for Women (FSCW) Dining Hall. The banquet commemorated his 25th year as FSCW President.

This wood-carved book is signed by FSCW faculty and staff who attended the banquet. Those who signed the guest book included the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences William G. Dodd, Dean of Music Ella Scoble Opperman, Dean of Home Economics Margaret R. Sandels, Professor of English Rowena Longmire, and FSCW Head Librarian Louise Richardson. According to the May 18, 1934 Florida Flambeau, invited guests included "all faculty members, members of the Florida State Board of Control, Florida State Board of Education, administrative officers of the College, social directors, and sorority chaperones."

The book was designed by Hazel Berenice Deetz, an FSCW Instructor in Industrial Arts.
