Dissertation Abstracts/Digital Dissertations
Covers every doctoral dissertation completed in the U.S. at accredited institutions for the last 150 years. Includes some Master's theses and foreign language dissertations. Titles published since 1997 are available for download in PDF digital form full-text.
Online Catalog (Catalog)
The Florida State University Libraries own two copies of FSU Theses and Dissertations. The circulating copy can be found in the stacks of the appropriate library. The archive copy, which is non-circulating, is located in the subbasement of the Strozier Library. FSU Libraries own one copy of Undergraduate Honors Papers, also located in the subbasement. No circulating copy is available. Staff will retrieve specific items for you. However, items must first be located by searching FSU Online Catalog.

WorldCat (FirstSearch)
Search for dissertations from many major universities in the United States and some non-U.S. dissertations and theses. Once you are connected to WorldCat, type in the word thesis and change the dropdown menu to Notes/Comments. You may search for specific title or author, as well as by topic.
NTIS
Theses and dissertations done by students, who are also in the military or who have conducted federally funded contract research, are indexed in the NTIS database. FSU owns many of the technical reports indexed by this database in microfiche, and located in the Government Documents area of the Strozier Library.
ERIC
Many theses and dissertations done by educators are indexed in this database.
