FSU Libraries. Membership and gifts to the Friends provide support for the FSU
Libraries and give members opportunities to participate in engaging programs
and activities.
The Friends of the FSU Libraries provide:
- Funds for special projects, such as strengthening special
collections, digitizing unique holdings, enhancing the library
environment.
- Special events showcasing the library and its pivotal role in
the university community.
- A strong voice in the University and the community advocating
library programs and services.
Member Benefits
- Borrowing privileges to the FSU Libraries' circulating
collections and use of library services and facilities. Interlibrary loan
available for FSU faculty, staff, and students only.
- 10% discount at the FSU Bookstore on most items.
- Invitations to Friends' events such as the annual Spring
Dinner, Brown Bag Luncheon Series, and other special programs.
- Two issues a year of the Friends of the FSU Libraries'
newsletter, which publicizes the library's accomplishments and activities of
the Friends.
- Opportunities for volunteer involvement.
- A voice in the future of the Library, the heart of the
