Job Responsibilities

  • Perform liaison duties to the English, Humanities, Modern Languages, and Economic departments
  • Coordinate instruction sessions for graduate students
  • Create library workshops designed to improve graduate students’ research skills
  • Facilitate library outreach to graduate students
  • Teach library instruction sessions for a diverse population of undergraduate and graduate students
  • Perform reference services at the reference desk, virtually, and with Research Consultations
  • Help organize FSU Libraries' Reading Discussion Group

I'm Arianne Hartsell, an Instruction/Reference Librarian in the Learning Services Department. I'm a liaison for English, Modern Languages, and Economics. I received my MLS and MA in Comparative Literature from Indiana University-Bloomington. I'm originally from St. Louis, MO. Go Cardinals!
