Claude Pepper Papers
Finding Aids & Guides
This finding aid represents a guide to the Claude Pepper Papers. There are different types of aids available to assist both novice and expert researchers to obtain an understanding of the arrangement of the contents within the Collection.
The series descriptions are divided into six broad groups: 1) Official Papers; 2) Personal Papers; 3) Photographs; 4) Audio Visual Materials; 5) Memorabilia; and 6) Additional Printed Materials. Each one of these broad groups is divided into a series and subsequent sub-series which provide descriptive data which includes a description of the contents, dates, and measurements in linear feet.
Pepper Library staff have created several guides to assist patrons who need specific information about a specific topic. These guides cover a broad range of topics including Civil Rights, Crime Prevention, the Elderly, Health Care, Labor, and World War II. Online users should consult the guides topic index to obtain a full listing.
