The Collection also includes more than 425 linear feet of monographic materials, including serials and pamphlets, reflecting Claude Pepper's wide variety of reading interests during his lifetime. Subjects include banking, China, Communism, crime, the elderly, foreign affairs, Germany, John F. Kennedy, Lend-Lease, the minimum wage, the New Deal, organized labor, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and the United Nations. He routinely consulted many of these materials, such as the Congressional Record, in his daily activities. Many of these books are presentation copies, with pages of personal inscriptions from the authors or friends who presented the books to Claude Pepper. Included among the monographs in the Collection, is the autobiography written by Claude Pepper in 1987:

The Collection includes several dozen maps documenting various U.S. Senate projects and topics with which Claude Pepper was concerned. These include U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Navigation and Flood Control Projects, Florida county maps, Florida campaign district maps, Florida airport maps, Florida Congressional District maps, Florida surveyor's maps, and World War II operations maps.
