- Who is eligible for this service?
FSU faculty are eligible for the Faculty Express Delivery Service. Registration is required to use the service. - What types of materials can be delivered?
Circulating materials from all FSU libraries on the main campus, including books, media, book chapters, journal articles, and some may be delivered. Non-circulating materials, rare, and fragile items cannot be delivered to other locations. - Where will materials be delivered?
Books and media will be delivered to designated locations in departments on the main campus. Journal articles and book chapters will be sent electronically by e-mail. - How long does it take to get an item?
Deliveries should be made within 2 business days. - Will materials be picked up and returned to the library?
Books and media will be picked up from designated department locations upon request. - What happens if a book that’s requested is checked out or missing?
The person requesting the book will be notified that it is presently unavailable. If the book is checked out, a recall/hold request will be placed. If the book is missing, a search will be initiated. In the case of items that cannot be located, an Interlibrary Loan request will be submitted. - Who should I contact with questions about the service?
