April is Poetry Month
Please join the FSU Libraries as we celebrate National Poetry Month with a Poetry Extravaganza! Poets from FSU, FAMU, and the greater Tallahassee community will read from their work each Thursday evening in April.
The reading will be held in Strozier Library's First Floor Annex and will start at 6:00PM.
April 3: Mary Jane Ryals, Poet Laureate of the Big Bend and the Java Dogs.
April 10: Rick Campbell and Melanie A. Rawls of FAMU, and Michael Trammell of FSU.
April 17: FSU Creative Writing Graduate Students: Doug Cox, Becky Lehman, Brianna Noll, and Evan Peterson.
April 24: Undergraduate Open Mic Night.
Come and support the talent, creativity, and love of language that enriches our communities. Refreshments will be served.
