Scholars Commons Electronic Room Reservation System

Faculty and Graduate students can electronically reserve conference rooms and group study rooms in the Scholars Commons.

Fill out this form and give us 48 hours to process your request. We will then send you an email to confirm the room has been reserved. Once you receive your confirmation, all you have to do is pick up the key at the Scholars Commons service desk located in the basement of Strozier Library.
