Accessible Study Rooms
In addition to wheelchair accessible tables and computer workstations in the libraries, Strozier Library has study spaces equipped with a variety of resources to meet ADA requirements. This includes two private Universal Accessibility Study Rooms available for registered students. For access to this study room, contact Jonathan DaSo at email@example.com.
Assistive Technology Lab
The Assistive Technology Lab contains adaptive equipment and technology available for FSU students, staff, and faculty with disabilities who register for access with the library. It is located on the main floor of Strozier Library and is available for use during all library hours.
All library spaces are accessible by elevator. If you need help locating a telephone, please ask at the nearest service desk.
Strozier: Robert Manning Strozier library has an accessible ramp at the main entrance. This entrance is located on the southern side of the library, facing Landis Green.
Dirac: The Paul Dirac Science Library is accessible through the main entrance. This entrance is located on the western side of the library.
Accessible parking at Strozier Library is located next to the library on Honors Way. It is available for all students, faculty and staff with a valid parking permit. For other library parking, and more information, refer to the parking map.
Accessible Restrooms are available on the main floor of both main libraries, Strozier and Dirac, as well as on other floors in the libraries. For assistance, please ask at the nearest service desk.
Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered as well as housebroken and under control. Dogs and miniature horses are the only service animals defined by the Department of Justice. Service animals in training are allowed. Companion or emotional support animals are not permitted inside University Libraries.
