Established in 1967, the State of Florida Depository Program permits the State Library and Archives to distribute publications from state agencies to designated libraries in Florida. FSU has been a depository library for the State of Florida publications since the start of the program in 1967. Florida publishes its agency publications in both print and electronic. Where available, FSU libraries will provide a sustainable link to the electronic version of the print. We provide permanent access to annual and/or biennial reports of state agencies, session laws and statutes, legislative journals, statistical publications covering the most recent year, and series publications having monographic titles other than newsletters. All State of Florida laws, statutes, and journals are available in print in the Documents Section in Strozier Library.
A variety of publications are available online:
- States Publications Collection
- Florida Electronic Library
- Florida Memory
- State Archives Catalog
- Florida Information
Additionally, the Florida State University Libraries Catalog includes the location of print and digital Florida publications and resources.
