Donating to Special Collections & Archives

Donating

The holdings of FSU Special Collections & Archives are immensely strengthened through the generous contributions of alumni, faculty, and friends. To discuss making a donation to Special Collections & Archives - whether it’s a single item or a large collection - please contact the Associate Dean for Special Collections, Katie McCormick.

Donations are an essential part of building our university history collections. Both historical objects and financial support are accepted on behalf of Heritage & University Archives. Please contact University Archivist, Sandra Varry.

If you are interested in making a monetary contribution to support the mission of Special Collections & Archives, please contact the Director of Development for the Libraries, Susan Contente.

Appraisals

FSU librarians and archivists are not permitted to make financial appraisals of materials. To find a professional appraiser, visit the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America website.
