Reflections on Muslim Journeys by Dr. Adam Gaiser

Scholars Commons presented Reflections on Muslim Journeys, a free program for public audiences.   Dr. Adam Gaiser, Associate Professor of Islamic studies in FSU’s Department of Religion, opened our series of Muslim Journeys events with a lecture introducing the history of Islamic culture.  The event will also feature some of the resources in the Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys, a collection of materials from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and the American Library Association (ALA). Books, videos and online materials from the Muslim Journeys program will be available for check-out by attendees with a valid FSU card.  The program will started at 3pm on Tuesday, October 1 in the Strozier Library, Scholars Commons Instruction Room, Room 005A.
