In-Library Pick Up is now available! Here's what you need to know:

We are accepting print material requests for pick-up. Requests from faculty will be processed first, followed by requests from graduate students and then undergraduates.

We are able to fill orders from our general collections in Strozier Library, Dirac Science Library, and Remote Storage. Items available in HathiTrust will be filled electronically. For questions about other libraries and special collections, please Ask A Librarian.

You will be notified via email when the requested materials are ready for pick-up. We process requests Monday - Friday. Due to increased demand and limited staffing, please allow extra time for retrieval and processing. We will fulfill your request as quickly as possible and in the order in which it was received.

Patrons will choose Strozier Library, Dirac Science Library, or The Engineering Library as their preferred pick-up locations. Items will be available for pick-up at the circulation desk of your designated location. and will be held for three business days following the email notification. After three days the items will be returned to the collection and you will need to place a new request.

Per FSU guidelines, the libraries follow CDC protocol to keep you and our team safe. If you have any reason to quarantine, please wait until the end of your quarantine period before requesting materials.

Curbside Delivery
Our Pick Up Location for Curbside Delivery has changed! Please see the map below for directions!
To pick up your request please park on Collegiate Loop, across from Landis Green, near the front entrance of Strozier Library (see map below). Look for our “Park here for Curbside Delivery” street sign.
Call (850) 443-7223 and give our team your name. Our staff will bring the items to your vehicle.
If possible, please open your trunk from inside the vehicle and we will place the items inside. If this isn't possible, please notify the delivery person when you call and they will place the request on the ground next to your car for you to retrieve after they walk away.
Returning Items
Our curbside service is only for pick-ups only, (not returns). If you wish to return materials, you may use a book drop on campus such as the one pictured below, or you may return them by mail to FSU Libraries, 116 Honors Way, Tallahasee FL 32306.
