Other Personal Services (OPS) and Federal Work Study (FWS) workers perform the following tasks:

Provide customer service at the Service desk including circulation of materials and providing informational assistance.
Assist patrons in book retrievals and other issues throughout the building.
Provide reference assistance to patrons and refer them to consultations services when needed.
Assist in projects, programs, and promotional efforts as needed.
