Class Visit Request

Research in Special Collections & Archives and interaction with collections materials can greatly enrich your students’ classroom experience and reinforce key course concepts. We invite instructors teaching at all levels in all departments to consider a class visit to Special Collections & Archives during your course. We are able to offer different class formats to meet your needs, including virtual and asynchronous instruction.

Class Request Process
  • Please use this form to request a class visit to or by Special Collections & Archives.
  • It is suggested that requests be submitted as early as possible; please note that requests made less than two weeks in advance may not be fulfilled.
  • Special Collections & Archives staff will follow up within 5 business days to confirm or decline your request and to schedule a planning meeting if necessary. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve the time.
