Some materials are stored offsite and may need to be requested up to 2 weeks prior to your visit. Visit the Offsite Storage guide to learn how to determine if materials are stored offsite or contact Special Collections & Archives if you are unsure about the location of materials or need to request offsite materials. Out of town visitors are encouraged to contact SCA at least 3 weeks prior to your visit to ensure desired material are available.
Instruction & Tours
Special Collections & Archives collaborates with faculty and community partners to provide a robust instruction program. Students, faculty, and staff have an opportunity to participate in active learning and discovery that supports archival and primary source literacy.

Staff in Special Collections & Archives are happy to provide tours and orientations to exhibits, spaces, and collections. Due to space limitations, tours of more than 20 individuals at a time may need to be divided into groups.
