FSU Libraries offers support in data visualization and analysis to all FSU students, faculty, researchers, and staff. We offer consultations on cleaning, wrangling, tabulating, graphing, and using statistical methods to extract useful information from your data.
How Can We Help?
Our librarians can offer research support and consultations in the following areas:
- Data cleaning and wrangling
- Tabulating data
- Performing and understanding statistical analyses
- Using data analysis software
- Creating data visualizations
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Humanities data curation, analysis, and visualization
- Referrals to other data experts on campus
We welcome opportunities to meet with FSU researchers, faculty, staff, and students to discuss how we can support your work. When requests fall outside our scope, we'll connect you with appropriate alternative resources. We provide guidance and support throughout your research process, while you maintain full responsibility for methodology, resource selection, and outcomes.
